Class of 2025 Fully Employed MBA’s Most Engaged Student Award Recipient

The FEMBA Program awards 3 students out of the entire graduating class with peer-nominated awards. I was honored to be the student voted the Most Engaged FEMBA by my classmates during our 2-year program. The award is given to the student who made “exceptional contributions, and made an impact daily throughout the program.” I was humbled to receive this honor from my peers.

2024 NAIOP OC Real Estate Challenge - Winner

In April 2024, I was one of 5 UCI MBA students who competed against Chapman University Master’s students in a Real Estate Case Study competition. We were tasked with developing a highest and best-use development case study for the Chet Holifield in Laguna Niguel, CA. The Case Study was comprised of a 20-page technical investment paper and a 20-minute presentation to a panel of 8 judges in front of a live audience. The panel determines our project to be the winner, the first win in UCI history. The project entailed a 90-acre site with an existing 1 million square foot structure we proposed a multi-element revisioning of the site.
