Highlights and Awards from my time at UCI Merage School of Business
Class of 2025 Fully Employed MBA’s Most Engaged Student Award Recipient
The FEMBA Program recognizes three students from the entire graduating class with peer-nominated awards. I was honored to be voted the Most Engaged FEMBA by my classmates during our two-year program. This award is given to the student who has made exceptional contributions and had a daily impact throughout the program. I felt truly humbled to receive this honor from my peers.
2024 NAIOP OC Real Estate Challenge - Winner
In April 2024, I was part of a team of five UCI MBA students who competed against Master’s students from Chapman University in a Real Estate Case Study competition. Our task was to develop a highest and best-use case study for the Chet Holifield site in Laguna Niguel, CA. The project involved creating a 20-page technical investment paper and delivering a 20-minute presentation to a panel of eight judges in front of a live audience. Our team was awarded first place, marking the first win in UCI history. The project focused on a 90-acre site with an existing 1 million square foot structure, and we proposed a multi-faceted revisioning of the site.
2023- 2024, 2024-2025 Merage Real Estate Association Vice President
I had the privilege of serving as the Vice President of Alumni Relations during the 2023-2024 school year and as the Vice President of Operations in 2024-2025. As one of six board members, my focus was on connecting UCI graduate students with the UCI Center for Real Estate, as well as with local professionals and alumni. Our club facilitated this connection through experiential learning opportunities and industry networking events. I’m proud to share that we were awarded Club of the Year for the 2023-2024 academic year.
2023 California Homebuilding Foundation Scholarship Recipient
I applied and was selected as a 2023 Scholarship Recipient by the California Homebuilding Foundation based on my academic achievements. I had the honor of attending an awards dinner in Lake Forest, CA, on March 7, 2024, where the recipients were recognized.
